Ordering Information

We have been selling Swarovski crystals and beads since 1974. We have also added a line of pewter hanging pieces. We feel very fortunate to be in this business, to have such wonderful customers and to be able to look at such beauty every time we pack an order. One crystal prism or pendant is beautiful on its own but when you see the different shapes and colors together it is a dazzling sight.

We are open Monday-Friday, 9-5, but closed Sat. & Sun. You are welcome to call on the weekend and leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can when we reopen. We also quickly respond to your emails, so don't hesitate to ask a question via email.

Payment Info

We provide prompt friendly service. We'll ship via UPS or the Post Office within a day of receiving your order.

If there are any pieces that you'd like that are not on our price sheet, let us know and we'll do our best to get them for you. Special orders are possible but require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

Shipping Info

Our shipping costs vary. For example, shipping generally runs from $8.00 - $10.00 on a $100.00 - $200.00 order depending on the weight and destination of the package (this estimate does not include COD, Blue Label or other special handling charges).

Before setting up a net 30 day account, we can ship to you using a credit card, prepay, or COD (cashiers check or money order, only).

Return Policy

If you have any problems with an order or any questions about our policies, let us know. Please call before returning any damaged pieces or ones we sent you by mistake. Repack the pieces in the original packing material, all taped up individually so they don't damage each other during shipping. Send them back within 10 working days from when you receive the order; we will send you a prompt refund or replacement. There is a $10 restocking fee if you choose to return an item.

If you would like us to maintain a back order list for you, please let us know. Otherwise, if we are out of a piece, please include it on your next order.
